On September 23rd, Ms. Françoise Grolleau, President of the University of Angers, France, and a delegation of teachers visited the School of Computer and Information Engineering.
The delegation visited our labs located on the 5th-7th floors of Building 28; in Conference Room 302 of Building 28, Mr. Alain Clément, Senior Lecturer of the University of Angers, France, gave an academic report to the teachers and students of our college; after the report, the two sides held a cooperation negotiation in Conference Room 918 of Building 28, in which Mr. Yao Li, Director of the Office of International Exchange of the university, and Mr. Zhang Bofeng, Dean of the college, and the delegation of the University of Angers, France, carried out in-depth exchanges. The two sides discussed topics such as student exchange, teachers' mutual visits and joint training, and reached a preliminary intention of cooperation. Lv Xing, Foreign Affairs Secretary of the School of International Exchange, Shi Xiang of the School of International Exchange, Song Shaojing, Vice Dean of the School of Accounting and Information Technology, and Summer and Gong Yumei, representatives of the faculty, attended the meeting.
This exchange visit not only deepened the understanding and friendship between the two universities, but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation. The School of Accounting and Information Technology will continue to uphold the open and inclusive philosophy of governance, and carry out in-depth cooperation with the University of Angers in France in more fields, and jointly cultivate high-quality talents with an international outlook.
