On May 23, 2024, a group of enterprise representatives from Renrui Talent Technology Group visited our institute, and Secretary Zhao Limin and Dean Zhang Bofeng attended the meeting, which aimed to explore the strengthening of school-enterprise cooperation and jointly cultivate the urgently-needed talents who are adapted to the transformation of China's enterprises from informatization to digitalization.

The enterprise representatives of Renrui Talent Technology Group introduced the development history and business scope of the company, especially emphasizing the company's professional advantages in the field of human resources and its adaptability to the digital transformation of domestic enterprises. With the increasing demand for customized systems by Chinese enterprises, the demand for digital talents has surged, and the cooperation with our institute will help popularize the cutting-edge industry knowledge to students and effectively enhance the industrial cognitive ability of our students.

Secretary Zhao Limin and Dean Zhang Bofeng welcomed the proposal of the representatives of Renrui Talent Technology Group and introduced the characteristics and advantages of the college. It was pointed out that the college attaches importance to the actual needs of the industry and equally emphasizes on cultivating students' application-oriented ability, including the ability to solve practical problems and teamwork.

Dean Zhang proposed that the direction of cooperation should focus on narrowing the gap between talent training and market demand for talents. The college is willing to explore customized training programs, combined with the micro-specialization and specialization+ models of the college, and customize the training programs based on computer science majors according to the needs of enterprises, so as to promote the employment and career development of students.

The college will continue to explore school-enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation, provide students with a broader platform for learning and employment, and promote the overall digital talent cultivation from multiple perspectives, so as to inject new vitality into social and economic development.
